Chargeback Policy

The Client shall be precluded from instituting, or in any manner intimating an intention to institute, any charge reversal procedures (“chargebacks”) against The Blueprint University LLC, or via their selected financial conduits such as credit card companies, Stripe, PayPal, or any analogous payment mechanisms, in relation to any software purchases for which there exists a lawful pecuniary obligation. In the eventuality of a chargeback occurrence, The Blueprint University LLC asserts its unequivocal right to present substantive evidence to the relevant financial institution, affirming the Client’s receipt of prior notification regarding this policy and confirming the delivery of the purchased software. Furthermore, The Blueprint University LLC reserves the prerogative to report such an incident to appropriate credit reporting agencies as a delinquent account, in strict adherence to applicable legal statutes and regulations.
